Applicable law
Any dispute that may arise between
parties from the conclusion, interpretation or implementation of the
agreement(s) concluded by them or from any further agreements arising
there from, being a consequence thereof or being related thereto, the
district court at Berlin, Germany, shall be exclusively
competent, unless Gene Analysis Service GmbH expressly opts for the
court in the town of residence of the customer. Any agreement
concluded between parties, as well as any further agreements arising there
from
or related thereto shall solely be subject to German law,
with the exception of the provisions of the United Nations
Convention (Vienna 1980) on contracts for the international sale of
goods or any future international convention on the international
sale of goods of which parties may exclude the applicability.

Confidentiality
Gene Analysis Service GmbH accepts human samples only from clinical institutions, medical professionals and
clinical research institutes. The patient's informed
consent for the genetical analysis of his or her DNA is
obligatory. For the analysis of human samples for research purposes,
the consent of the institute's ethical commission is obligatory.
Medical reports are generally not
sent by fax or e-mail. We treat with the utmost confidentiality all material and all information
provided by our
customers, and all data from the analysis of the
material provided. Sample
material and isolated or amplified DNA thereof are identified
anonymously and six 6 months after the analysis destroyed.
Tax exemption
Tax exemption for companies registered in an European Union country only
upon receipt of an
international VAT identification number.
